Placeholder for any kind of date operations, including formatters that are
common to other languages (posix and php).

Depends only on the Dojo Core.

Installation instructions
Grab the following from the Dojo SVN Repository:
http://svn.dojotoolkit.org/var/src/dojo/dojox/trunk/date/*
Install into the following directory structure:
/dojox/date/
...which should be at the same level as your Dojo checkout.
To use the non-Gregorian calendars, you must do a complete build of dojo.cldr.
See util/buildscripts/cldr/README for details.
