- - 타 당직수당와 중복일 경우 on-call 수당 제외 (권역심뇌혈관센터, 권역외상센터 등)
- 4. 수당 지급 구분
- ① 병동/응급실 투석, 간단한 처치(이물질 및 부목 제거), 경과관찰, 계획수립
- 회진(on-call에 의한 응급회진으로 경과기록지에 회진내용, 회진의 서명)
- ② 수술, 내시경, 시술 4시간이하 / 4시간이상 / 10시간이상(주말 및 공휴일만 적용)
- ③ 신장내과 정규투석은 on-call 전산입력 제외 (문의사항: 진료행정과 5016~8)
- 5. 기 타
- ① 응급 on-call 당직일때 학회 / 출장 / 연가 등시에는 응급 on-call 당직 변경하여 진료행정과 제출
- ② on-call 발생시 즉시 전산 입력
